Destinations Covered: Delhi - Haridwar - Varanasi - Sarnath - Allahabad
Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
On you arrival at the Delhi airport, you will met by our representatives. They will receive you and escort you to the hotel, where you will check in and stay overnight.
Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
The entire day will be devoted towards visiting various tourist attractions of the capital city. You will be visiting Red fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Purana Quila, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House and Qutub Minar. By late evening, you will come back to the hotel and retire for the night.
Day 03: Delhi - Haridwar
In the morning, you will leave for Haridwar. After reaching there, you will check into the hotel and freshen up a bit. After exploring the city a bit, you will come back to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 04 to Day 06: Haridwar
The fourth, fifth and sixth day of your tour will be devoted towards exploring the various activities of Kumbh Mela, including prayer ceremonies and bathing rituals. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07: Haridwar - Varanasi
The entire day will be spent in exploring the holy city of Haridwar. In the evening, you will be escorted to the railway station, from where you will board the overnight train to Varanasi.
Day 08: Varanasi Sightseeing
After reaching Varanasi in the afternoon, you will check-in to the hotel, freshen up a bit and rest for sometime. In the evening, you will go to the Ganga Ghats and be a part of the evening Aarti. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 09: Varanasi Sightseeing
Early in the morning, you will leave for a boat ride on the Holy Ganges. Later in the day, there will be a sightseeing tour of the city, covering Vishwanath temple, Bharat Mata temple, Banaras Hindu University, etc. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 10: Varanasi - Sarnath - Allahabad
The day will start with an excursion to Sarnath, the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. There, you will explore Buddha temples, Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa and the archaeological museum. In the afternoon, you will move towards Allahabad. On reaching there, you will check into a hotel and retire for the night.
Day 11: Allahabad - Delhi
The entire day will be devoted to exploring Allahabad, visiting the tourist attractions like Sangam, Allahabad Fort, Ashoka Pillar, Temples and Ghats. In the evening, you will be free to spend time at leisure. At night, you will board an overnight train to Delhi.
Day 12: Delhi Departure
In the morning, you will reach Delhi and check into a hotel. The entire day will be for you to spend at leisure. In the evening, you will be escorted to the International Airport, to catch a flight back home.
